经椎弓根内固定早期治疗无或轻微神经症状脊柱骨折

Early treatment of thoraco-lumbar fractures without or with less neurological injury

目的 探讨无或轻微神经症状脊柱骨折手术治疗方法。方法 分别采用Dick、RF、AF复位内固定 2 7例。结果 除 1例排尿功能 5 5天后恢复外 ,余 2 6例感觉、运动、括约肌功能均在 1～ 12天内恢复或基本恢复。随防 5个月～ 2年 ,2 7例均痊愈 ,恢复原有工作。结论 早期手术冶疗是减少脊髓继发损害、恢复生理功能的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the operative methods of no or less neurological injury of thoraco lumbar fractures. Methods Dick, RF and AF pedicle screw system were used in 27 cases for decompression, reduction, internal fixation and bone graft. Results All sensations, mobilizations and sphincter functions were recovered from 1 day to 12 days but 1 cases micturition function was recovered 55 days after operation. The patients were followed up from 5 months to 2 years,all were cured. Conclusion The early operation is effective to reduce late spinal cord injury and recover spinal physiological function.
