股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment for entrapment syndrome of lateral femoral cutanous nerve

目的 探讨股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的诊断与治疗方法。方法 采用皮层体感诱发电位协助诊断 ,并行局部封闭治疗 ,无效者行手术治疗。结果 8例均经保守局部封闭治疗 ,5例缓解 ;3例疗效不佳行手术治疗 ,术后效果良好。结论 对股外侧皮神经卡压综合征的诊断 ,皮层体感诱发电位检测具有一定帮助作用 ,保守治疗及手术治疗均有一定疗效。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment for entrapment syndrome of lateral femoral cutanous nerve(LFCN). Methods 8 patients were diagnozed as the entrapment syndrome of LFCN with application of somatosensory evoked potential(CSEP) and treated by local block,and surgery for those who could not be cured by local block. Results Out of 8 cases treated by local block,5 cases healed and the other 3 cases who were not cured by local block also healed by surgical treatment.Conclusion CSEP can benefit the diagnosis of LFCN entrapment syndrome, and both conservative and surgical treatment show some effects.
