Treatment of intertrochanter fracture of femur with Richard pin in elderly patients

目的 介绍Richard钉治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折手术体会。方法 用国产Richard钉治疗不同类型高龄股骨转子间骨折 5 0例。结果 随访 45例 ,平均时间 2年 11个月 ,优良率 95 6 % ;术后并发症发生率 40 %。结论 Richard钉是治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的较好方法 ,高龄股骨转子间骨折应早期手术治疗 ,术后重视深静脉血栓的预防。

Objective To introduce experience on the application of Richard pin to treat intertrochanter fracture of femur. Methods 50 cases of different type of intertrochanteric fracture of femur of elderly patients were treated with Richard pin. Results 45 patients were followed up for about 2 years and 11 months,the recovery rate being 95 6%, and the post operation complications being 40%. Conclusion The method is a better one to treat elderly patients with intertrochanter fracture of femur. It is important to perform operation early and emphasize the prevention of DVT after operation.
