手术后腰椎间隙感染的诊断和治疗

Diagnosis and treatment of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation

目的 探讨腰椎间盘突出症术后椎间隙感染诊断和治疗。方法 分析手术后腰椎间隙感染9例的临床资料及特点 ,保守治疗 7例 ,再手术治疗 2例。结果 随访 1～ 3年 ,8例恢复正常生活 ,1例仍有腰痛和活动受限。结论 早期确诊较困难 ,CRP是敏感性指标之一 ,保守治疗可取得良好疗效。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative intervertebral discitis of lumbar intervertebral disk herniation. Methods The clinical data of 9 cases of intervertebral space infection after lumbar operation were collected and analyzed. Results Conservative treatment was used for 7 cases, and re operation for 2 cases,in following up for 1～3 years,8 cases restored to normal,only one case remained pain in lumbar and mobile limitation. Conclusion It is difficult to diagnose in early stage. CRP is one of sensitive dimensions. Conservative treatment results in good effect.
