摘要
目的 分析 16 6例手术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法 回顾分析 16 6例踝关节骨折行手术治疗患者临床资料 ,用Lauge Hansen法对骨折分类 ,并用Olerud评分方法评出获随访的 6 0例患者得分 ,研究低评分患者的主要原因。结果 在Lauge Hansen骨折分类基础上 ,所采用的手术原则及围手术期辅助治疗取得了较好的功能恢复 ,总优良率 95 %。结论 踝关节骨折正确的手术治疗可以取得优良的功能恢复。
Objective To analyse the effect of operation for treating 166 cases of ankle fracture.Methods The clinical data were reviewed and the ankle fractures were classified according to Lanuge Hansen classifcation system,and the scores of 60 cases followed up were recorded according to the Olerud scoring system and the major causes of low scores patients were analysed.Results On the basis of the Lauge Hansen classification system,the operative techniques and secondary management obtained better recovery of the ankle joint functions.The good and excellent rate was 95%. Conclusion Corrective treatment of ankle fracture may obtain better functional recovery.
