Study on Development and Function Strategy Innovation of Chinese Enterprises——Review of the Third Forefront Forum on Case Study of Management Innovation in Chinese Enterprises

本文对"第三届中国企业管理创新案例研究前沿论坛"的主要观点进行了综述,内容涉及中国企业发展战略与职能战略的创新研究。会上各位专家分别从企业的协同创新战略、商业模式创新、品牌战略、融资战略、运营战略和领导力战略等方面提出了各自的见解,并对中国案例研究方法进行了探索,为中国现代企业管理的研究提供具有价值的启示。

In this paper, we reviewed the major academic viewpoints of the 3rd forefront forum （2013） on case study of management innovation in Chinese enterprises, which focused on the development strategy innovation and function strategy innovation in Chinese enterprises. The experts on the forum presented their opinions from different perspectives such as enterprise＇s collaborative innovation strategy, business model innovation, brand strategy, financing strategy, operation strategy, and leadership strategy, etc. Simultaneously, the experts explored the methods of case study in China,providing the valuable revelation to the research of Chinese modem enterprises management.
