摘要 针对控制保护开关电器技术先进、保护功能齐全、检测技术要求高的特点,采用现代微机检测与控制技术开发了一套自动检测系统;该系统采用粗调调压器与微调调压器有机结合构成独特的调压装置,运用LABVIEW软件开发平台设计上位机监控系统进行实时数据采集、分析、处理和显示,数据采集卡、工控机及测控电路等,构筑了基于虚拟仪器技术的测试装置,提高了数字化检测精度;应用结果表明,该检测系统在输出电流0A^350A范围内、电流控制精度达0.5%;整个系统自动化程度高、数据处理速度快、技术先进,具有较好的推广价值。 Aiming at advanced technology, multiple protective function and high technical requirements of Control Device (CPS) 's fea ture, a automatic testing system has been developed with microcomputer detection and control technology. It is constructed by combining coarse and fine voltage regulator to form alternating constant--current source. A monitor system performing real data collecting, data analy zing and data displaying is designed by using LABVIEW software. A testing system based on virtual instrument has been constructed with da ta acquisition card, industrial computer and control circuits and its digital measurement accuracy is enhanced. The application shows that this system has feature of 0.5% current alternating accuracy from 0A to 350A, high automation, velocity speed data processing, advanced technology. It is worthy of using abroad.
