摘要
针对高压热动力试验台测控系统需要控制的参数多,控制任务要求复杂,控制精度要求高,且各参数间存在耦合的情况,提出了基于BP+RBF神经网络PID的智能控制的方法;应用智能控制的方法解决传统的PID控制无法解决的问题;实际应用表明基于BP神经网络整定的PID控制器具有较好的自学习和自适应性,能保证控制精度等要求,控制效果比较令人满意。
As there are many parameters to be controlled in the Highpressure Thermodynamics Test Unit, the control task is demanding, and the requirement of the control precision is high. And there is a complicated coupling between parameters. In view of these difficulties, a method of intelligent control based on BP + RBF neural network and PID is Proposed. The intelligent control method is used to solve the problem that can not be solved by the traditional PID control method. In practical application the system has met the specifications requirements perfectly, and achieved excellent controlling effect, though the mathematical model of the control object is complicated.
