摘要
利用蓄电池充放电过程中的监测数据对单体电池的性能进行预测具有重要意义;在分布式监测系统的基础上,开发了充放电监测及故障预测系统;主控计算机利用RS232无线模块接收各监测单元数据,显示并存储各单体蓄电池的单格电压、总电压及温度信息;利用支持向量回归算法,对蓄电池故障趋势的预测模型进行了研究,并进行了仿真验证;实验表明,该系统硬件接口简单、监测灵活方便、测量精度高、易于扩展,能实时显示各监测单元数据,并准确地预测参数变化趋势,实现故障早期预警,提高了蓄电池保障效率。
It is important to monitor cell storage battery with the monitoring data in the process of charge and discharge The charge-- discharge monitoring and fault prognostics system for storage battery is developed based on the distributed monitoring system. The master corn puter receives monitoring data, including cell voltage, total voltage and temperature, with RS232 wireless module, and then, displays and stores them. The prediction model of fault trend of the storage battery is studied based on support vector regression algorithm. Finally, sim ulation experiment is carried on. The experiment proves that the system has the advantages of convenient, expansibility and high precision. The system can display the monitoring data in real time and predict the parameter variation tendency accurately. The early warning of fault is implemented. It is helpful to the rapid support of the storage battery.
