摘要
对异步电动机转子断条与定子绕组匝间短路故障特征进行了机理分析,并在此基础上,设计了基于连续细化傅里叶变换、自适应变换技术的异步电动机故障检测系统;本系统通过检测定子电流中(12s)f1的分量来判断异步电动机是否发生转子断条故障,通过分析定子电流的负序分量来诊断电机是否发生定子绕组匝间短路故障;本系统由电压电流采集模块、信号调理模块、DSP核心模块以及串口通信模块组成;本系统采用TI公司的TMS320C2812微处理器,完成对采集的定子电流做频谱分析、自适应滤波等任务。异步电动机空载和负载仿真实验结果表明,系统的硬件电路和软件算法是安全、可靠、正确的。
Aiming at the rotor strip of asynchronous motor and the turn to turn short circuit fault feature of stator winding , this paper analysis their mechanisation,. And on this basis, design the fault detection system based on continuous refining Fourier transformation, adaptive transform technique. The system through testing the component of stator current to judge whether the asynchronous motor's rotor article break down. And through analysising the negative sequence components of the stator current , we can judge whether motor winding turn to turn short circuit fault happens. This system mainly contains the voltage and current acquisition module, signal conditioning module, DSP core modules and serial interface communication module. This system adopt the TMS320C2812 to complete the spectrun analysis to the acquisition of stator current and adaptive filtering tasks. No--load asynchronous motor and load simulation and experimental results show that, the hardware circuit and software algorithm of the system is safe, reliable, correct.
