摘要
提出了在将实时监测与仿真计算进行有效结合的基础上对配电系统中由故障引起的电压跌落问题进行分析评估的系统设计方法,以在提高仿真计算精确度的同时减小对现场监测设备数量的需求。给出了该系统的总体框架,详细说明了实时监测数据导入PSCAD、利用供电管理部门提供的实时网络拓扑和运行参数自动生成PSCAD仿真程序以及利用实时监测数据对仿真程序进行校验的方法。最后通过实例说明了该系统的功能。所提出的混合仿真系统研究为配电系统电压跌落问题提供了较好的理论基础和技术手段。
This paper proposes a system design method to analyze and evaluate the voltage sags problems caused by fault in distribution system by combining real-time monitoring and simulation calculation, in order to improve the precision of the simulation results and at the same time reduce the numbers of the monitoring device needed. The overall framework of the simulation system is presented, and the methods of importing real-time monitoring data into PSCAD, creating PSCAD simulation program automatically by using the real-time network topology and operation data provided by the power supply department, and calibrating the simulation program according to the real-time monitoring data are studied in detail. Finally, the system function is shown through a practical example. The proposed method which combines the real-time data and simulation calculation provides good theoretical basis and technique for the research of the voltage sag problems in power distribution network.
