摘要
通过了解运输应激对西门塔尔杂交牛生理指标的影响,为分析其抗运输应激能力和防治运输应激性疾病提供参考依据。选择6月龄的西门塔尔杂交牛8头(♀),运输8h(约400km)。在运输前、运达时、运达第3天进行体温、呼吸频率、心率及血液常规指标检测。采用配对T检验统计分析各指标运输前后差异显著性。运达时与运输前相比,呼吸频率、心率、白细胞总数极显著增加(P<0.01);体温、淋巴细胞总数、红细胞平均压积、血红蛋白含量显著增加(P<0.05);红细胞总数显著减少(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。运达第3天与运输前相比,粒细胞、粒细胞比率极显著升高(P<0.01);呼吸频率、淋巴细胞比率显著升高(P<0.05),红细胞总数极显著减少(P<0.01),血红蛋白显著下降(P<0.05),其他指标差异不显著。结果表明,运输应激动员西门塔尔牛非特异性免疫力或导致炎症反应。
In order to comprehend the effects of transport stress on physiological indexes of Simmental crossbred cattle,and furnish the reference evidence for the analysis of it's capacity of anti-transportation stress and prevention and cure of transport stress disease, eight six-month-old Simmental crossbred cattle (-gr) were transported with motor vehicle for 8 h(400 km),the venous blood of the Simmental crossbred cattle was collected, and the body temperature and respiration, pulse were measured before and after trans- portation, and the third day after transportation, respectively. The values were analyzed with T-test. Compared with the values before transportation, the respiration, Pulse, WBC raised very significantly (P^0.01) ;temperature, LYM, PCV, HGB increased significantly(P^0.05) ; RBC dropped significantly (P^0.05) ,the differences of other indexes were not significant(P^0.05). In the 3rd day after transporta- tion, compared with the values before transportation, GRAN was significant difference(P^0.01);respira- tion, LYM increased significantly(P^0.05), RBC decreased very significantly(P^0.01), HGB decreased significantly(P^0.05) ,other indicators were no significant difference (P〉0.05). The results showed that transport stress has certain influence on physiological indexes in Simmental crossbred cattle, and anti- transportation stress nursing should be enhanced.
