摘要
2012年10月湛江某猪场的母猪发生以肩侧、臀部、四肢等部位皮肤坏死和溃烂为主要症状的疾病,发病率高达20%。为诊断本病,从病猪溃烂的皮肤采集样品进行镜检、病原分离、细菌生化鉴定、药敏试验及致病性试验,结果表明,该病为一例较罕见的高发病性猪坏死杆菌性皮炎。
In October 2012, the skin of limbs, shoulder and hip appeared necrosis and ulceration in partial sows of a farm in Zhanjiang area, and the morbidity as highly as 20 ~if0. Microscopic examination, pathogen isolation and identification, biochemical tests, drug susceptibility test and pathogenicity test all supported that this case was a rare high morbidity necrotic dermatitis.
