电机轴套表面电镀强化及其耐磨性的研究

摘要 针对电机轴套易磨损导致其使用寿命缩短的问题,对其表面进行电镀强化。磨损试验结果表明:经电镀强化的轴套(简称强化轴套)的耐磨性受施镀参数的制约;采用优选的参数施镀,强化轴套的耐磨性较好,因磨损造成的外径缩减量和表面磨损速率均较低,且磨损较均匀。 In accordance with the problem of easy wear of motor shaft sleeve, which leads to a shortened service life, the surface of shaft sleeve was strengthened by electroplating. The wear test results show that the wear resistance of the electroplating strengthened shaft sleeve (referred to as strengthened shaft sleeve for short) is restricted by electroplating parameters~ when plated with optimized parameters, the strengthened shaft sleeve has a better wear resistance, both outer diameter reduction and surface wear rate caused by wear are lower, and the abrasion of the shaft surface is also more uniform.
