摘要 屈光不正大体分为近视、远视及散光。由于角膜屈光力(43D)占眼球屈光系统总屈光力的70%左右,因此自上世纪70年代起兴起角膜屈光手术矫正屈光不正,先后经历了放射状角膜切开术(radial keratotomy,RK)、准分子激光角膜切削术(photorefractive keratectomy,PRK)、准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(laser—assisted in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)、
