摘要
针对中马村矿39泵房断面大、围岩破碎、频繁破坏返修的情况,结合地质条件和围岩表面及深部破坏特征,分析了硐室变形破坏机理,提出了锚网索一次支护+二次U型钢封闭支架刚性支护+三次喷射混凝土+注浆加固并浇筑混凝土反拱联合支护技术,并在39泵房实施应用,取得了良好的效果。
According to the status quo of large section,fractured surrounding rock and frequent failure of repair in 39 pump room of Zhongmacun Coal Mine,combined with the geological condition and surface and deep failure features of surrounding rock,the deforma- tion and failure mechanism of the chamber were analysed, a combined supporting technology was proposed,which contains bolt-mesh-ca- ble supporting firstly + U Steel closed bracket rigid supporting secondly + three times of sprayed concrete + grouting reinforcement and concrete pouring of inverted arch. This technology was applied in 39 pump room, and has achieved good results.
