潞安矿区大采高综采面回采巷道支护设计

Supporting Design on Fully-mechanized Mining Roadway with Large Mining Height in Lu'an Mining Area

摘要 针对潞安矿区地质条件,以王庄矿井为例,通过理论计算和数值模拟的方法,着重探讨大采高综合机械化开采时锚杆和锚索的力学参数和布置参数的确定方法;在保证巷道支护效果、安全程度以及实际需求的前提下,进行大采高综采时巷道的断面和支护参数设计,最终确定利用锚带网索支护方式维护巷道稳定。 Aiming at the specific geological condition of Lu'an mining area,taking geological conditions of Wangzhuang Coal Mine as an example, by the methods of theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, method of determining the mechanical parameters and lay- out parameters of bolt and anchor cable were discussed as a key when fully-mechanized mining on the large mining height. Design on roadway section and supporting parameters were carried out based on ensuring the supporting effects, safety and satisfying the demands of actual usage. Finally,cable anchor supporting mode was used to maintain the stability of roadway.
