高校学生人感染H7N9禽流感知信行调查

A survey on the KAP status of avian influenza A( H7N9) infection among college students

目的 了解高校学生预防人感染H7N9禽流感的知识、态度和行为水平.方法 采用分阶段整群随机抽样方法在浙江省某高校1～2年级6个专业在校学生中抽取983人进行问卷调查,分析不同年级、性别以及城乡的高校学生人感染H7N9禽流感的知识、态度和行为水平.结果 高校学生人感染H7N9禽流感知识知晓率为73.70%,不同年级、专业学生知晓率比较,差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）.城乡学生在传染源、传播途径、早期症状方面的知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.高校学生获得人感染H7N9禽流感知识主要途径是网络和电视.不同性别学生在人感染H7N9禽流感流行时,其态度和行为水平不同.认为＂人感染H7N9禽流感流行时有发热、头痛似流感、肠炎症状应立即就医＂和＂平时勤开窗、勤洗手,加强营养与体育锻炼＂的比例女生高于男生（P＜0.05）;＂赞同禁止活禽买卖的预防措施＂和＂人感染H7N9流行时产生恐惧心理＂的比例女生高于男生（P＜0.05）.结论 高校应加强大学生人感染H7N9禽流感的健康教育,提高大学生预防保护能力.

Objective To assess the level of knowledge, attitude and practice in college students in regard to the prevention of Avian influenza A（ H7N9 ）. Methods Using multi - stage cluster random sampling method, 983 students from 6 majors in grade 1 and 2 of a local college in Zhejiang Province were investigated. Results The knowing rate of Avian influenza A （H7N9） in college students was 73.70% , there was no significant difference among grades and majors. The knowing rate of the source of infection in rural students was significant higher than urban students （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , while in terms of route of transmission and early clinical symptoms, the knowing rate in urban students was significant higher than that in rural students （ both P 〈 0. 05 ）. The main approach to obtaining relative knowledge for college students was through lnteruet and television. The rates of female students were significant higher than that of males （ both P 〈 0. 05 ） who considered that people infected with H7N9 and accompanied with symptoms such as headache, flu -like, and enteritis should visit a doctor immediately and that people should usually let the windows open, wash the hands frequently, strengthen nutrition, and do more physical exercises. Moreover, the rates of female students were significant higher than that of boys as well （ both P 〈 0. 05）who agree with the preventive measure of prohibiting the trade of live poultry and have more fear of H7N9. Conclusion College is advised to raise awareness of Avian influenza A （HTN9） among student.
