摘要 针对我国电站用煤品质下降和煤质多变的现状,提出了煤粉预热燃烧的新型技术理念。该技术的核心是快速预热煤粉气流并保持恰当的风/粉比例,通过自动控制装置调节预燃室中的负压程度使得一次风粉射流卷吸适量高温烟气来预热煤粉气流帮助燃烧。 Introduced a new pulverized coal combustion technology,which is pulverized coal prehea- ting combustion, to cope with the situation that coal quality decline and changing variously in power station. The technology has advantages in two aspects, which are preheating pulverized coal fast and maintaining the proper proportion of wind and pulverized coal well. With the automatic control de- vice to adjust the degree of negative pressure in pre - combustion chamber, appropriate amount of high -temperature flue gas preheat the primary air and pulverized coal to keep stable combustion.
