南大青叶中靛玉红含量的动态变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究不同光照条件下南大青叶不同生长时期靛玉红含量的动态变化规律,探讨南大青叶的最佳采收期。【方法】设置全荫生、半荫生、阳生3个不同光照条件组别,于3月份定植南板蓝后,分别于5月至次年3月中旬采收南大青叶,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定南大青叶中靛玉红的含量。【结果】南大青叶中靛玉红含量全荫生组在7月、10月、12月和次年1月出现高峰,半荫生组及阳生组为7月、8月、10月和次年1月出现高峰。【结论】结合南大青叶的生长习性、产量及靛玉红含量,全荫蔽种植采收期可定为7月、10月、12月和次年1月,半荫蔽及露地种植可定为7月和10月。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of indirubin content in the leaves of Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. under different illumination conditions, and to investigate its best harvest time. Methods Full shade group, half shade group and non-shade group were set up according to the illumination pattern. Baphicacanthus cusia was planted on March, and its leaves were collected from May to next middle of March. The content of indirubin in the leaves was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results The content of indirubin in the leaves of full shade group arrived to the peak value on July, October, December and next January, while that of half shade group and non-shade group arrived to the peak value on July, August, October and next January. Conclusion In consideration of the growth habit, yield and indirubin content of Baphicacanthus cusia, the best harvest time of full shade group can be planned on July, October, December and next January, while the best harvest time of half shade group and non-shade group can be planned on July and October.
