Application of three-dimensional police GIS

根据警用地理信息系统的建设要求,本文研究了基于Skyline平台的、集基础地理信息数据、GPS实时数据、案件数据、人口信息、视频监控信息为一体的,为公安部门提供指挥决策服务的三维警用地理信息系统;并成功应用于福建省治安管理三维地理信息系统中。系统运行以来,极大地提高了福建省治安部门的办事效率与决策水平,为更好地维护社会稳定、为海西经济建设提供良好的治安环境做出贡献。

According to the requirements of police GIS, this paper developed a three-dimensional police GIS system, which integrated fundamental geographic information, GPS real-time data, case data, popula- tion info and video monitoring information, serving for the decision making of security administrative de- partments. The system has been successfully applied in Fujian Provincial Security Administration Three- dimensional GIS system, which would help to improve the working efficiency and decision ability of securi- ty administrative departments, and to maintain social stability and provide better security environment for West-Strait economy construction.
