芪苈强心胶囊联合辅酶Q_(10)佐治慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

Effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with coenzyme Q_(10) on assist treatment of chronic heart failure

目的观察芪苈强心胶囊联合辅酶Q_(10)佐治慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法住院老年慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为2组,每组40例,均接受利尿剂、洋地黄等常规抗心衰治疗,对照组常规治疗,观察组加用芪苈强心胶囊和辅酶Q_(10)治疗,2组均治疗1个月,治疗前后测定并比较心率、血压、6 min步行最大距离、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平,超声心动图检查每搏量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)和左室射血分数(LVEF),并检测肝肾功能、电解质等指标。结果观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为85.0%和72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与治疗前比较,2组患者心率降低、6 min步行最大距离增加、BNP水平降低,SV、Ci、LVEDD、LVEF指标改善明显(P<0.05),且观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者均未出现相关不良反应。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合辅酶Q_(10)可以明显改善心力衰竭患者的临床症状,增加运动耐量,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effect and the safety of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with coenzyme Q}0 on assist treatment of chronic heart failure（CHF）.Methods 80 patients with CHF were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group（n=40）and treatment group（n=40）,both groups were treated with routine medicine treatment,besides this the treatment group also received Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with coenzyme Q_（10）.2 groups were treated for month.The following indicators were recorded before and after treatment：heart rate,blood pressure,6 min walking distance,brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）,stroke volume（SV）,cardiac index（CI）,left ventricular end diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,Left veutricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,liver and kidney function,electrolyte and so on.Results（1）The total efficiency of treatment group and control group were respectively 85.0%and 72.5%,which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.（2）In 2 groups,the heart rate were lowered,6 min maximum walking distance were markedly increased,the level of BNP was significantly decreased,the indicators of SV,Cl,LVEDD,LVEF were improved all above indexes were better in the treatment group than those in the control group（P0.05）.There had no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group.Conclusion Qiligtangxin capsule combined with coenzyme Q_（10）can be more effective to improve cardiac function,improve the exercise capacity with no obvious adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
