养殖业沼渣液肥效与养分分布及影响因素初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 沼渣液还田效果良好,但在国内仍得不到充分利用,为探究原因,对上海市崇明县东部20个养猪场正常运行沼气工程沼渣液肥效、养分分布及肥效影响因素进行分析研究,并对部分测定指标进行相关性分析和一元线性回归拟合。结果表明,养猪场沼渣液营养元素含量丰富,可以作为一种优质的有机肥料,但其因地区、原料、发酵工艺及运行管理方面的差异对沼渣液养分含量的影响,使得其作为有机肥的肥效存在较大的不稳定性。沼渣和沼液中养分分布并不平均,沼渣中有机质、磷和微量元素含量较高,沼液中水溶性氮和钾的含量较高。沼渣液混合物部分测定指标间相关性显著,尤其是混合物全钾含量和混合物电导率,因素间一元线性回归模型拟合效果理想,在条件有限情况下,可由其中某一指标较准确估算其他测定指标的大小,减少测定工作量。 Although the effect of biogas residues and biogas slurry returning to field is good,they still cannot be used widely in China.The fertilizer efficiency,distribution of nutrients and the impact factors of fertilizer efficiency of 20 biogas projects' biogas residues and biogas slurry in Chongming County of Shanghai City were analyzed and parts of measurement indicators were correlation analysis and a linear regression fit.The results showed that pig farm biogas residues mixture were nutrient-rich and could be used as a high-quality organic fertilizer.But because of the difference in area, raw materials ,fermentation technology and operation management, such organic fertilizer was not stable.Nutrients were not evenly distributed in biogas residues and biogas slurry, higher levels of organic matters ,P and trace elements were detected in biogas residue and higher levels of water- soluble N and K were detected in biogas slurry.The correlations between some measurement indicators of biogas residues mixture were significant, especially between TK and conductivity.Linear regression model fitting results of parts of factors were satisfactory.So in some limited situations, the size of the other measured indicators by one known indicator could be estimated which could reduce the determination workload effectively.
