摘要
为促进蓬溪县农业生产和经济的发展,提高农民收入,在对蓬溪县31个乡镇调研的基础上,运用SWOT法分析了其农业现代化发展的机遇、挑战、优势和劣势,并提出促进蓬溪县农业现代化发展的对策,具体措施包括完善农业基础设施、强化特色产业、保护耕地资源和环境、加大对农民素质的培养、引进并合理利用水资源、提高自身生产水平和增强外部竞争力。
In order to promote agriculture industry and development of economy of Pengxi County,and increase farmer＇s income,based on the investigation of 31 villages and towns ,the opportunity, challenge, advantage and disadvantage of Pengxi＇s modernization agricultural development were analyzed by SWOT analysis method. Countermeasures that promote the modernization agricultural development were put forward,including improving agricultural infrastructure, strengthening the specialty industry,protection of cultivated land resources and the environment,increasing diathesis of farmers, drawing and rational utilization of water resources, enhancing production levels and external competition of Pengxi County.
