性激素失平衡与男性冠心病发病的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨性激素失平衡与男性冠心病发病的相关性。方法选取男性冠心病患者229例和健康者164例,检测其血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)、载脂蛋白B(APOB)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、芳香化酶(Aromatase)水平。结果与健康对照组相比,冠心病组血清E2水平与血清T水平均明显降低(P<0.05),T/E2比值显著升高(P<0.05);冠心病组血清TG、LDL-C、APOB、hs-CRP水平显著升高(P<0.001),而HDL-C、APOA1水平则明显降低(P<0.001);同时冠心病组血清SHBG、Aromatase水平亦明显降低。结论男性冠心病患者体内雌雄激素失平衡,可引起性激素结合蛋白及相关酶水平下调,进一步引起脂质代谢异常,炎症因子水平升高,最终促进冠心病的发生和发展。 Objective To study the correlation of imbalaneed sex hormones and male coronary heart disease incidence. Methods We selected 229 male patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)and 164 healthy people. We detected the serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T),total cholesterol (TC),triglyeeride (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C), apolipoprotein A1 (APOA1), apolipoprotein B (APOB), hypersensitive c reactive protein (hs-CRP), sex hor- mone binding globulin (SHBG) and Aromatase levels. Results Compared with the normal control group,serum E2 level in CHD group decreased significantly (P〈0.05),serum T level significantly increased (P〈0.05), and T/E2 ratio increased significantly (P〈0.05). Compared with control group, the serum TG, LDL-C, APOB, hs -CRP levels increased significantly (P〈0. 001) in CHD group, while HDL- C, APOA1 level decreased significantly (P〈0.001). Meanwhile, the level of serum SHBG and Aromatase decreased obviously in CHD group. Conclusion Imbalance of sex hormones in male patients with CHD can lead to lower level of sex hormone binding protein and the related enzyme, which would further lead to abnormal lipid metabolism, increased inflammatory factor levels, and ultimately promote the development of coronary heart disease in men.
