摘要 目的比较序列特异性引物-聚合酶链式反应(SSP-PCR)法和流式细胞术(FCM)法两种方法对人类白细胞抗原-B27(HLA-B27)的检测结果,为实验室检测提供参考。方法将100份待测标本分别采用SSP-PCR法和FCM法检测HLA-B27,用χ2检测统计这两种方法的结果有无差异。结果两种方法检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 SSP-PCR法与FCM法均适用于实验室对HLA-B27的检测。 Objective To compare the detection result of HLA-B27(human leukocyte antigen-B27) by the SSP-PCR(polymerase chain reaction sequence specific primers) and the FCM(flow cytometry), in order to provide a reference for laboratory testing. Methods We collected the whole blood of 100 patients, and statistically analyzed the results of HLA-B27 by SSP-PCR and FCM. Results The results of two methods had no statistically significant differences (P〉0.05). Conclusion Both the SSP-PCR and FCM methods are suitable for the laboratory diagnosis of the HLA-B27.
