摘要
采用自制阻燃剂NB-DDYP,研究了它在纯棉织物上的应用工艺和阻燃效果.结果表明,该阻燃剂的优化阻燃整理工艺为：阻燃剂NB-DDYP 300 g·L-1,用无水碳酸钠调节整理液pH值至8,温度在140～160℃下焙烘60s;经过整理后的棉织物无续燃,烟量小,阻燃效果评定为B1级,并且整理织物的白度和强力损失小.
Performance and application of the self-made flame retardant NB- DDYP to flame retardant finish of cotton fabric are studied. The results show that the optimum flame retardant finishing process is NB- DDYP 300 g/L. The solution was adjusted to pH 8 by anhydrous sodium carbonate,curing at 140 - 160℃ for 1 min. The finished cotton fabric has the features of excellent flame retardancy, less smoke and the performance of flame retardant is assessed B1 level. Besides,little strength loss and whiteness loss are observed.
