水飞蓟宾对MCF-7和SK-OV-3诱导凋亡作用的不同敏感性 被引量:4

摘要 由于肿瘤的异质性,抗肿瘤药物作用不同的肿瘤模型时表现出不同的敏感性和不同的作用机制.将水飞蓟宾分别作用乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和卵巢癌细胞SK-OV-3,研究其对细胞增殖、细胞凋亡的影响及可能的作用机制.与卵巢癌细胞SK-OV-3相比,水飞蓟宾对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7具有明显的细胞增殖抑制及诱导凋亡能力,并都通过激活caspase 3的方式启动凋亡程序.此研究结果将为肿瘤的个体化治疗和临床实验提供可靠的保证. Due to tumor heterogeneity, anti-tumor drugs present different sensitivity and mechanism in different tumor model. In this study, the effect of the proliferation inhibition and apoptosis and mechanism against MCF- 7 and SK-OV-3 cells was investigated. The results showed that silibinin was more sensitive to MCF-7 than SK- OV-3 in proliferation inhibition and the abilitiy of induced-apoptosis. Moreover, silibinin induced apoptosis through acvivation of caspase 3 in same manner. This research will provide a reliable guarantee for personal therapy and pre-elinical test.
