摘要
针对心电信号具有非线性、非平稳弱信号的特点,借鉴小波滤波算法的思想,基于HHT变换,提出一种去除噪声对应尺度细节分量和阈值相结合的HHT心电滤波算法.并借助MATLAB仿真平台,采用同一阈值函数,对含噪心电信号分别运用小波滤波算法和基于HHT设计心电滤波算法进行滤波仿真比较.最后以MIT-BIH心律失常数据库中的提供的含噪心电信号作为数据源,进行仿真滤波实验,验证了HHT滤波算法对心电信号的基线漂移、工频噪声、肌电干扰去除的有效性.
This paper for ECG signal is nonlinear, non-stationary signal features, using wavelet filtering algorithm, based on the HHT transform, HHT ECG filtering algorithm is proposed for removing noise corresponding scale detail component and combining with the threshold value. With the MATLAB simulation platform,using the same threshold function, The noisy ECG make the filter simulation comparison respectively using wavelet filtering algorithm and design ECG filtering algorithm based on the HHT. The MIT-BIH arrhythmia database in the noisy ECG signal as the data source, the simulation experiments verify the algorithm of filtering, baseline drift, ECG signal frequency noise, EMG interference removal effectiveness.
