摘要
以吉林石化合成树脂厂乳液接枝聚合生产配方为标准配方,利用ABS装置生产8批次的实验料验证是否延长30 min熟化时间能够提高ABS接枝聚合转化率.工业化试验结果表明,通过延长熟化时间30 min,ABS聚合反应转化率有明显提高,超过了预期目标97.5%.
The emulsion graft polymerization formula of Synthetic Resin Factory of Jilin Petrochemical Company was used for the standard recipe. We produced 8 batches experimental materials to prove whether the graft polymerization conversion rate can increase by prolonging the aging time. The results indicated that the conversion rates for ABS improved significantly.and were more than 97.5% of the target.
