摘要
为研究甘蓝CMS不育系材料PM的败育机理,以甘蓝不育系PM和保持系PF为试材,用透射电镜观察其小孢子发育的整个过程。结果表明:不育系在花粉母细胞时期形状不规则,严重影响了减数分裂的正常进行;在单核小孢子期,绒毡层细胞不解体且异常膨大,挤压小孢子使其变形,粘连在一起,并出现了严重的质壁分离现象,最后降解的小孢子和绒毡层细胞充斥着整个花粉囊,导致花药败育。
Using transmission electron microscopy techniques, the anther and microspore development were studied, in order to obtain differences between CMSPM and its maintainer line of Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata L.. The results showed that pollen mother cells (PMC) of CMSPM was irregular. Thus meiosis of PMC was influenced seriously. During mononuclear stage,the tapetal cells did not degenerated and expand abnormally,pressing the microsporocyte made to be out of shape, and microspore appeared serious plasmolysis phenomenon. Finally degradation of microspore and tapetal cells was full of the whole pollen sac which caused the anther abortion.
