摘要
目的 探讨假性冠状动脉瘤 (FCAAn)的超声特征。方法 应用二维及彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)观察假性冠状动脉瘤瘤体声像图及血流动力学改变。结果 二维超声结合CDFI能清楚地显示FCAAn瘤体及冠状动脉的关系 ,与动脉造影、手术及病理报告结果一致。结论 二维及CDFI联合应用对FCAAn的诊断具有重要应用价值。
Purpose To evaluate the ultrasound characteristic of FCAAn. Methods To observe the changes of the tumor imaging and hemodynamics in two\|dimensional and CDFI. Results Combined two\|dimensional with CDFI which could show a relation of FCAAn with coronary artery distinctly,it was alike with artery contrast. Conclusion Two\|dimensional echocardiography and CDFI are a important application value in diagnosis of FCAAn. [
