摘要 目的 用CT评价集束电极射频治疗肺癌的近期效果。方法 对 31例肺癌 34个病灶手术前、后肿瘤大小、密度及并发症进行观察。结果 射频治疗后 5min 79% (2 7/ 34)的肺癌病灶增大 ,2 1% (7/ 34)大小无变化。 <5cm的肿瘤密度增高 ,>5cm的肿瘤密度均减低 ;2个月后 17例复查 ,6 4% (11/ 17)病灶较原病灶缩小 ,18% (3/ 17)病灶较术前增大 ,18% (3/ 17)病灶大小无变化 ,肿瘤的CT值均减低约 2 0Hu左右。结论 CT可准确评价集束电极射频治疗后肺癌的病理变化。 Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of lung neoplasm with CT after cluster electrode radio frequency treatment. Methods The size, density and complication of the thirty-one cases(34 lesions) were evaluated by CT scanning pre-and post-operatively. Results The size of 79% lesions were enlarged about in 5min after the treatment, while no changed in size were observed in 21% lesions. Meanwhile, the density were increased in lesions which were less than 5cm, whereas decreased in lesions over 5cm. 17 lesions were examined 2 months after the operation, compared with preoperation, the size of 64% lesions decreased, while the size of 18% lesions increased, 18% unchanged. The CT values of all 17 lesions decreased about 20Hu. Conclusion CT scanning was helpful for lung cancer treatment of cluster electrode radio frequency in that it could observe the pathologic changes of the lung neoplasm. [
