聚硅氧烷互穿聚合物网络研究及应用 被引量:1

Research Advances on Polysiloxane Interpenetrating Polymer Network

摘要 聚硅氧烷性能优异,如表面能低、优异的热稳定性、低温柔顺性和气体与水汽渗透性等。由于分子间的作用力较弱,聚硅氧烷力学性能欠佳,在某些领域的应用受到了限制。聚硅氧烷与有机聚合物或无机高分子形成互穿聚合物网络,不仅可以弥补聚硅氧烷在力学性能的不足,且能改善有机聚合物或无机高分子的表面特性、传输性质和柔顺性等性能,使互穿聚合物网络兼有两者的独特性能。本文较详细论述了几类主要的聚硅氧烷互穿聚合物网络的研究状况与应用,并展望未来的发展方向。 Polysiloxane has many excellent properties, such as very low surface energy, excellent thermal stability, low temperature flexibility, good gas and water vapor permeability. The mechanical properties of polysiloxane is poor because of the weak intermolecular forces, which limited its applications in certain areas. Combining polysiloxane with organic or inorganic polymers by the technology of interpenetrating polymer network(IPN) can make up the defects of mechanical properties of polysiloxane as well as improve the properties of organic or inorganic polymers, such as surface property, transmission characteristic and flexibility, which makes IPN possess the unique properties of both. The research advances of main types of polysiloxane IPN and its applications were reviewed. The application prospect of polysiloxane IPN was also presented.
