摘要
以β-环糊精、硫酸钠作为双水相萃取剂,构成双水相萃取体系,对辣椒中辣椒素进行萃取研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验探讨了萃取过程中各因素对辣椒素萃取率的影响,结果表明适宜工艺条件为:β-环糊精用量0.5 g,无水硫酸钠用量0.1 g,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间30 min,料液比1∶10(g/mL)。在此工艺条件下,辣椒的主要成分辣椒素的分配系数为2.66,辣椒素萃取率可达86%。β-环糊精为主要材料构成的双水相萃取系统萃取辣椒中的辣椒素的技术可行,工艺的实用性强。
Extracting of capsaicin is studied by aqueous two-phase system selected fl-cyclodextrin, sodium sulphate as extract. The influent factors of single factors and orthogonal tests on the yield of capsaicin were studied. The results showed that the appropriate technical conditions were as follows: β-cyclodextrin was 0.5 g, sodium sulphate was 0.1 g, the extraction temperature was 45 ℃, the extraction time was 30 min, the ratio of material to extraction solution was 1 : 10 (g/mL). Under the process conditions, the partition coefficient was 2.66, present in the extract yield of capsaicin was 86%. The technique extracting of capsaicin is feasible by two-phase system with β-cyclodextdn for mainly constitute of composition mutually in extract and the function is remarkable.
