薄荷精油的超临界二氧化碳提取及其抗菌活性研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了薄荷精油超临界CO2萃取工艺。考察CO2流量、萃取压力、萃取时间和萃取温度4个因素对薄荷精油超临界CO2萃取效果的影响,通过正交试验得到薄荷精油超临界CO2萃取最佳工艺条件,并研究了超临界CO2萃取的薄荷精油的抗菌性质。表明超临界CO2萃取薄荷精油最佳工艺条件为CO2流量35 kg/h、萃取压力35 MPa、萃取时间2.5 h、萃取温度40℃,此条件下薄荷精油提取率为3.32%。其抗菌试验表明超临界CO2萃取薄荷精油具有较宽的抗菌谱。 Mentha haplocalyx Briq. essential oil of supercritical CO2 extraction technology was studied. Inspects the CO2 flow rote, extraction pressure, extraction time and extraction tempemtttre, four factors have influence on peppermint oil effect of supercritical CO2 extraction, mint essential oil of supercritical CO2 extraction is obtained by the orthogonal experiment the best process conditions, and studied the antibacterial properties ofsupercritical CO2 extraction ofMentha haplocalyx Briq. essential oil. The results show that Mentha haplocalyx Briq. essential oil the best process conditions for CO2 supercritical CO2 extraction flow of 35 kg/h, 2.5 h 35 MPa extraction pressure, extraction time, extraction temperature 40 ℃, under the condition of the Mentha haplocalyx Briq. essential oil extraction rote is 3.32%. The antibacterial tests showed that supercritical CO2 extraction ofMentha haplocalyx Briq. essential oil has a wide antimicrobial srectrum
