文冠果种皮黄酮苷的体外抗氧化活性研究 被引量:2

Antioxidation Activity in vitro of Flavonoid Glycoside Extracted from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge Episperm

摘要 以文冠果种皮为原料,用甲醇︰水体积比为(1︰1)提取黄酮苷作为抗氧化物质,并对其进行体外抗氧化活性的测定。通过5种不同的抗氧化体系,分别测定了文冠果种皮黄酮苷对超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)、DPPH自由基(DPPH·)、羟基自由基(·OH)的清除能力,Fe2+的螯合能力以及还原力。文冠果种皮黄酮苷类清除DPPH·的能力>清除O2-·的能力>Fe2+的螯合能力>清除·OH的清除能力>还原能力。文冠果种皮黄酮苷具有与VC相近的抗氧化性能,是一种具有开发利用价值的天然抗氧化剂,有望为功能保健产品的开发提供参考。 Using Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge episperm as raw material, the flavonoid glycoside was extracted with methanol : water ( 1 : 1) as antioxidant substances, and measure its antioxidant activity in vitro. Scavenging effects of flavonoid glycoside on superoxide anion radical (O2^-·), 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH·) and hydroxyl radicals (·OH), chelating ability of Fe^2+ and reducing power were measured through the five different antioxidant system. Scavenging effects of flavones glycosides on DPPH 〉 scavenging effects offlavones glycosides on O2^-· 〉 chelating ability on Fe^2+ 〉 scavenging effects offlavones glycosides on hydroxyl flee radical 〉 reducing power. Flavones glycoside is one kind of natural antioxidant with development and utilization value, and oxidation resistance of it is similar with oxidation resistance of VC. The results provide valuable reference to explore the functional products.
