摘要
目的 :探讨数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用价值。方法 :采用Philips公司的Diagnost93X线机进行30例支气管造影 ,并观察其应用效果。结果 :数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用较传统支气管造影具有显著的优越性 ,其表现为 :①快速连续摄影的采用可以有效降低造影剂的粘稠度 ,从而有利于造影剂的顺利咯出。②观察显示屏上的造影情况可以实时纠正和改进造影过程中的失误 ,更加保证造影质量。③通过调节灰阶和对比度可获得满意的照片质量。④与激光照相 -冲洗机的连接 ,使得胶片的快捷性得到了保证。⑤可以经过DICOM网关与PACS(Picturearchivingandcommunicationsys tem)连接 ,为实现支气管疾病诊断的网络化奠定了设备基础。结论 :数字X线机在支气管造影中的应用 。
Objective:To evaluate the role of digital X ray machine in bronchography.Methods:Thirty patients were received bronchography by diagnost 93 X ray machine of the company of Philips.The author observed the effect of the role.Results:The role of digital X ray machine in the bronchography was superior to the traditional way.It showed that ①The role of rapid and continuative radiography could effectually reduce the consistency of aqua iodide solution,and it could be successfully cough up by patients.②The mistakes in bronchography could be corrected by investigating the fluorescent screen.③The author could also obtain the optimal imaging quality by regulating the degree of contrast and grey.④Through connecting the X ray machine and the laser-film-rinse-machine together,the author could rapidly obtain the film.⑤The digital X ray machine can join in PACS (Picture archiving and communication system)by DICOM (Digital imaging and communications in medicine) network.The digital X ray machine can be the base of equipment in the bronchial diseases' diagnostic network.Conclusion:The optimal way for bronchography is the role of digital X ray machine.
