小肠肿瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of small intestinal tumors

目的 :探讨小肠肿瘤的CT表现以及良恶性的鉴别。材料和方法 :回顾性分析20例经手术或活检病理证实的小肠肿瘤的CT表现。结果 :良性肿瘤6例 ,其中平滑肌瘤4例 ,腺瘤、脂肪瘤各1例 ;恶性肿瘤14例 ,腺癌5例 ,淋巴瘤4例 ,平滑肌肉瘤4例 ,转移瘤1例。结论 :CT对小肠肿瘤的诊断特异性较高 。

Objective:To discuss the CT features of small intestinal tumor and its differential diagnosis.Materials and methods:CT findings of 20 cases of small intestinal tumors proved by operation or biopsy were analysed retrospectively.Results:Among 6 cases of benign tumors,there were 4 leiomyomas,1 adenoma and 1 lipoma;Among 14 cases of malignant tumors,there were 5 adenocarcinomas,4 lymphomas,4 leiomyosarcomas and 1 metastatic tumor.Conclusions:The specificity of CT to diagnose small intestinal tumors is high,and there is certain clinical value.
