邓小平“先富与共富”思想及其在资源型地区的实践

Deng Xiaoping's Idea of "Earlier Prosperity and Common Prosperity" and Its Practice in Resource-rich Region

共同富裕是科学社会主义理论的重要内容,也是中国共产党始终不变的奋斗目标。邓小平在总结历史经验教训的基础上提出了"先富与共富"的思想,并将这一思想落实到社会主义建设的实践中。中国特色社会主义理论和实践都充分说明:共富是目标,允许一部分人先富是手段,偏离共富目标的先富行为必然产生两极分化。本文在阐述邓小平"先富与共富"辩证关系的基础上,分析了资源型地区在实现共同富裕的实践中所遇到的现实困境,提出了在资源型地区实现共同富裕的对策建议。

Common prosperity is not only the important content of scientific socialism,but also the perpetual objective that the CPC struggles for.On the basis of reviewing historical experiences and lessons,Deng Xiaoping proposed the idea of 'earlier prosperity and common prosperity' and put it into the practice of socialist construction.The theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics have fully illustrated that common prosperity is the aim,earlier prosperity by part of the people is the means.Earlier prosperity that deviates from the goal of common prosperity inevitably leads to polarization.On the basis of elaborating the dialectic relationship between earlier prosperity and common prosperity,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties that resource-rich regions encounter in the process of achieving common prosperity,and proposes countermeasures for such regions to achieve common prosperity.
