HCV病毒对中国HIV/HCV共感染者白细胞介素-7/白细胞介素-7受体的影响 被引量:4

Effects of HCV on the levels of IL-7/ IL-7R in HIV/ HCV co-infected patients in China

摘要 目的:探讨HCV病毒对中国HIV/HCV共感染者白细胞介素-7(IL-7)/白细胞介素-7受体(IL-7R)的影响。方法:随机选取HIV单纯感染者、HIV/HCV共感染者及健康对照组每组各30例,抽血检查血浆IL-7水平、CD4+T细胞上IL-7R(CD127)的表达、CD4+T细胞数量,各组进行比较。结果 :HIV/HCV合并感染组IL-7水平(8.55±3.15)pg/mL与HIV单纯感染组(8.63±3.64)pg/mL无显著差异(P>0.05),但HIV/HCV合并感染组CD4+CD127+T细胞百分比(53.82±15.24)%及CD4+T细胞数量(210.58±112.95)个/μL较HIV单纯感染者(61.25±16.75)%、(301.65±181.54)个/μL明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:合并HCV病毒感染可能通过影响IL-7R进一步损害HIV患者细胞免疫功能。 Objective To explore the effects of HCV on the levels of IL-7/IL-7R in HIV/HCV co-infected patients in China. Methods 30 HIV infected patients, 30 HIV/HCV co-infected patients, and 30 controls were included in this study. Serum level of IL-7 and the expression of IL-7R (CD127) in CD4+ T cells, CD4+ T cells count in the 3 groups were detected. Results There was no significant difference of IL-7 level between HIV group [ (8.63 ± 3.64)pg/mL] and HIV/HCV group [ (8.55 ± 3.15)pg/mL] (P 〉 0.05). The percentage of CD4+ CD127+ T cells and CD4+T cells count in HIV/HCV group [ (53.82 ± 15.24)% and (210.58± 112.95)picce/μL] were significantly lower than those in HIV group [(61.25 ± 16.75)%, (301.65 ± 181.54) piece/μL] (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion HCV infection could damage the cell immune function of HIV patients through affecting the expression of IL-7R.
