综合序贯疗法治疗原发性冻结肩的临床研究

Clinic research of integrated sequential therapy on primary frozen shoulder

目的:观察综合序贯疗法治疗原发性冻结肩的疗效。方法:随机将116例原发性冻结肩患者分为序贯组61例和康复组55例,序贯组采用关节内药物注射配合常规康复理疗方案进行治疗,康复组采用的康复理疗方案同序贯组,两组患者分别按照Constant-Murley评分评定。结果:序贯组平均改善幅度优于康复组(P<0.01),说明序贯组疗效优于康复组。序贯组平均费用为574元,康复组平均费用为1 624元,说明序贯组费用少于康复组。结论:综合序贯疗法治疗原发性冻结肩有较好的临床疗效,而且费用少。

Objective To investigate the effect of integrated sequential therapy on primary frozen shoulder. Methods One hundred and sixteen cases of patients were divided into sequential group （61 eases） and rehabilitative group （55 cases ）. Intraartieular injection of drugs were treated in combination with routine rehabilitative physical therapy in sequential group, and the same rehabilitative physical therapy scheme was treated in rehabilitative group. Constant-Murley Scores were evaluated in the two groups. Results The average improvement extent in sequential group was superior to that in rehabilitative group （P〈 0.01） ,which indicated effect of sequential group was superior to rehabilitative group. The average cost of sequential group was 574 yuan, but that of rehabilitative group was 1 624 yuan, which indicated that the costs of sequential group was less than that of rehabilitative group. Conclusion There is better clinic effect of integrated sequential therapy on primary frozen shoulder, in addition to less cost.
