DR与CT对足部外伤跖跗骨骨折的诊断价值 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析、评价X线DR、MDCT对足部跖跗骨骨折的诊断价值。方法:对46例足外伤患者进行MDCT及DR检查,比较DR与MDCT对于足跖跗骨骨折的显示能力。结果 :46例足外伤患者中,CT检查出96处骨折,DR仅明确检出50处,可疑3处。MDCT诊断足跖跗骨骨折的敏感度、特异度、准确度均为100%。MDCT对足跖跗骨骨折的诊断准确度高于DR(χ2=195.796,P=0.00)。结论:MDCT对足跖跗骨骨折的诊断准确度高于DR。
