选用优质土麻鸭为原料,创造性集火腿肉、香菇和野山竹笋融为一体研制而成火腿老鸭煲新产品,重点介绍了加工工艺、配方和操作技术。
Soil hemp duck was taken as raw material. A new product of ham old duck pot was crea- tivity developed with ham, mushroom and wild bamboo shoots. The processing technology, formula and operation technique of it were introduced.
