心理干预对短暂性脑缺血发作患者遵医依从性的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on medical compliance in patients with transient ischemic attack

目的:探讨心理护理干预对于短暂性脑缺血发作患者的遵医依从性的影响。方法:将选取的样本随机分为对照组和干预组,对照组采用常规护理;干预组采用问卷和访谈的形式,了解住院后患者的心理状态、疾病认知、生活习惯等情况。然后针对患者进行针对性的心理干预,并对患者在出院后的遵医依从性和行为习惯的改变情况随访半年。结果:干预组的遵医依从性明显高于对照组,良好的行为习惯的养成率也有较大提高,患者总体治疗效果良好。结论:心理干预对短暂性脑缺血发作患者的遵医依从性有积极作用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the medical compliance in patients with transient ische -mic attack.Methods：The selected samples were randomly divided into intervention group and control group , the control group was used conventional care;the intervention group was used questionnaire and interview methods , to understand the psychological state of patients after admission , disease awareness , habits etc .Then pertinence psychological intervention was processed according to the specific situation of each patient , and the patients in the habits of behaviors and medical compliance were followed up for half a year after discharge .Re-sults：The medical compliance of Intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group , the rate of good behavior and habits in patients had improved greatly , and the overall treatment effect in patients was good .Conclusion：Psychological intervention on transient ischemic attack had a positive effect on compliance of patients .
