临床护理路径在脑梗死病人健康教育中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of cerebral infarction patient

目的:探讨临床护理路径在脑梗死病人健康教育中的应用。方法:编写了脑梗死病人健康教育路径,将120例脑梗死病人随机分为研究组和对照组,实验组60例,按健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组60例,采用传统方法进行健康教育,出院前对每位脑梗死病人健康教育效果及护理质量满意度进行问卷调查。结果:脑梗死病人对护理质量满意度,健康教育后掌握相关知识情绪稳定能进行功能锻炼认为收效不大和发生并发症等方面,研究组均优于对照组。结论:应用CNP进行健康教育,有利于护理质量的提高,保证健康教育的有效性,提高了病人对护理质量的满意度。

Objective：To discuss on the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education of cerebral infarction patients . Methods：The path of health education for patients with cerebral infarction ,120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into study group and control group , 60 case in the experimental group ,health education according to the health education according to the health education according to the health education path ,the control group of 60 cases, using the traditional methods of health education , a questionnaire survey was conducted on the quality of care and satisfaction of each cerebral infarction patient health education before dis -charge.Results：Cerebral infarction patients satisfaction with quality of nursing ,heath education knowledge and emotional stability could exercise that little success and complication , the study group was better than the control group .Conclusion：Application of CNP to carry out health education , would help improve the quality of care , to ensure the effectiveness of health education , improve the quality of patient care satisfaction.
