新生儿持续肺高压的临床分析

摘要 新生儿持续肺高压( PPHN)是指生后由于肺血管阻力的持续增加和肺动脉压力的增高而产生的一种状态。当肺循环压力超过体循环压力时,大量血液通过开放的卵圆孔和动脉导管产生右房向左房、肺动脉向胸主动脉的右向左分流。临床表现为严重低氧血症和发绀。 PPHN发生率约为活产儿的1/1400。
