几种预处理措施对胡枝子种子萌发的影响 被引量:12

摘要 以胡枝子种子为材料,研究去果皮、浓硫酸和热水浸种处理对种子萌发的影响。结果表明:果皮处理对胡枝子种子的发芽率、发芽指数和平均发芽时间均有极显著影响,去果皮种子具有较高的发芽能力。萌发温度对胡枝子种子的发芽率无明显影响,但对发芽指数和发芽时间有显著影响,25℃条件下种子的萌发能力较好,10℃条件下种子萌发较差。在一定范围内随着浓硫酸浸种时间的延长,胡枝子种子发芽能力逐渐提高,以浓硫酸浸种10 min处理效果最好。不同温度热水浸种对种子萌发均有促进作用,始温60℃热水浸种处理效果最好,40℃和80℃热水浸种效果较差。 The Lespedeza bicolor Turcz seeds were selected as research materials to investigate the effects of removing pericarp,concentrated sulfuric acid scarification and hot water treatment on seed germination,and the results showed that:removing pericarp had obvious effects on seed germination rate,germination index and mean germination time,and the seed removed a pericarp had a high germination ability.There was no obvious difference with seed germination rate,but there were some difference with germination index,and mean germination time under different germination temperatures.Seed could obtain the highest germination in 25 ℃,but seed germinated not well in 10 ℃.Within a certain scope,seed germination ability increased with increasing scarification time of concentrated sulfuric acid,and scarification for ten minute could obtain the best germination result.Hot water treatment had an effect on promoting seed germination,treating stared with 60 ℃ hot water could obtain the best germination result comparing to treat with 40 ℃ and 80 ℃ hot water.
