摘要
合成并研究了不同浓度的2-羟基苯甲酸-6胺基嘌呤对萝卜种子的发芽及幼苗生长和子叶增重的影响。结果表明:10-5mg/L2-羟基苯甲酸-6胺基嘌呤处理液能显著地促进根和芽的伸长,促进发芽和侧根发生,使萝卜子叶鲜重增加明显;而对应浓度的合成原料腺嘌呤、水杨酸及腺嘌呤和水杨酸的混合物对萝卜种子萌发,根、芽生长和子叶鲜重的促进作用都显著低于合成产物;2-羟基苯甲酸-6胺基嘌呤具有植物生长调节剂的效果。
The experiment synthesized and studied the regulative action of 2-Hydroxybenzoicacid-purin-6-amin on the growth of Radish.The results showed that when the 2-Hydroxybenzoicacid-purin-6-amin concentration reached as high as 10-5 rng/L,it can leaded to the increase of seed germination,root length,shoot length,lateral root formation and the cotyledons fresh weight.However,the promoting effects of the corresponding concentration of salicylic acid,adenine and the mixture of the two solutions were significantly lower than that of 2-Hydroxybenzoicacid-purin-6-amin.So 2-Hydroxybenzoicacid-purin-6-amin had the effect of plant growth regulator.
