适宜桉树皮栽培的秀珍菇优良菌株筛选试验

Experimental Research on Screening Suitable Strains of Pleurotus geesteranus for Cultivation with Eucalyptus-bark

为筛选适宜广西利用桉树皮栽培的秀珍菇优良菌株,对9个秀珍菇菌株在PDA及桉树皮培养基的菌丝生长情况、子实体生物学效率及农艺商品性状进行了比较试验。结果表明,综合表现较好的菌株是秀珍菇yz、秀珍菇1号、秀珍菇1671和秀珍菇705;除秀珍菇705需进一步验证外,其他为本地保存应用菌株,可直接推广。

In order to screen the fungus strains of Pleurotus geesteranus which was suitable for cultivation with Eucalyptus - bark, PDA agar medium culture, culture experiment with Eucalyptus - bark, the biological efficiency and agronomic traits were carried out with 9 Pleurotus geesteranus strains. The results showed that strains of yz, NO. 1, 1671 and 705 of Pleurotus geesteranus were in good condition of all aspects. Besides that the strain of Pleurotus geesteranus 705 needed a further verification, the other strains, which were saved and applied locally, were suitable to be directly extended in Guangxi.
